Compassionate Care, Rooted in Real Connection
At Talk with Diana, the mission is simple: to help you find clarity and move forward with confidence, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in a cycle, or unsure how to support your child or teen. The approach here is warm, direct, and grounded in genuine connection.
This practice is open to individuals from all walks of life, inclusive of all races, cultures, identities, and family dynamics. Cultural sensitivity and real-world understanding shape the work here, with particular attention to how mental health intersects with identity, generational experience, and community.
Who We Work With
🧸 Children
Young children often can't put big feelings into words, and they don't need to. Through play therapy and creative, developmentally appropriate techniques, we help children process emotions, build coping skills, and feel safe expressing themselves. Sessions meet children where they are, using play as the language it naturally is for them.
🎧 Teens
Teens face big emotions and major transitions. We offer a judgment-free zone where they can open up, feel heard, and learn tools to manage stress, navigate relationships, and build self-esteem. Creative approaches like music, art, and self-expression help them process in ways that feel natural and authentic.
💬 Adults
Whether dealing with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, we provide a calm and supportive space to feel heard without judgment. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back and work toward clarity, healing, and growth.
🌱 Parents & Caregivers
Parenting comes with challenges, and you shouldn't have to figure it all out alone. We support parents and caregivers with strength-based strategies, emotional guidance, and tools to improve communication, build connection, and support your child while also making space for your own well-being.
🌍 Inclusive, Culturally Responsive Care
We welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences, understanding the importance of feeling seen, especially for those navigating the impact of cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, or stigma around mental health. Whether you come from a community where therapy is new or familiar, this is a space where your voice is respected and your story is honored.

Hi, I'm Diana Grant, a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families move through life's challenges with care, clarity, and confidence.
Before starting my private practice, I spent over 20 years supporting children, families, and educators in schools and community settings. I've seen the power of safe relationships, especially when people feel truly seen and heard. That's the foundation I bring to every session.
You don't have to have it all figured out to get support, you just have to take the first step. And I'm here when you're ready.
