I am licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York, which allows me to work with clients anywhere in the state through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions. In-person therapy may also be available for clients located nearby.

Yes, I offer online therapy for clients anywhere in New York State. Virtual therapy allows you to receive professional support from the comfort of your home while maintaining the same quality of care as in-person sessions.

I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, relevant background, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, while also making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

Yes, I accept many major insurance plans, including EmblemHealth HIP, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Empire NYSHIP, 1199, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, and UMR. EmblemHealth GHI (now under UnitedHealthcare) is also accepted. HSA and FSA payments are also welcome. If your plan isn’t listed, please reach out to check benefits or request a superbill.
