Founder, LMHC-D

Hi, I'm Diana Grant, a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families move through life's challenges with care, clarity, and confidence.

I work with a broad range of clients, including children, teens, adults, and parents. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, tailoring my approach to each person's needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. With children and teens, I often incorporate creative techniques like art and music to help them process emotions in ways that feel natural. With adults, I create a calm, supportive space to work through anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

Before starting my private practice, I spent over 20 years supporting children, families, and educators in schools and community settings, an experience that shaped my deep belief in the power of safe, genuine relationships. I bring particular cultural sensitivity to my work, mindful of how mental health intersects with identity, generational experience, and community, drawing on my own Caribbean roots to help clients from all backgrounds feel at home in the therapy room.

You don't have to have it all figured out to get support, you just have to take the first step. And I'm here when you're ready.
